Booking Procedure
All
room reservations will be guaranteed only by paying in advance or presenting
official guarantee letter two weeks before check in time. Upon reservation the
resort shall give reservation confirmation number to the guest which will serve
as an assurance that the reservation has been entered our reservation system.

Cancellation Policy
For
bookings of 1-10 rooms the client can cancel the booking before 72 hours of
check in time without any charge. Cancellations between 72-48 hours of check in
time will be charged 25%, cancellations between 48-24 hours of check in time
will be charged 50% and no show and after 24 hours cancellation will be charged
100%.
For group bookings of more than ten rooms the Resort will apply the following cancellation policy:
If cancelled before ten days – free cancellation
If cancelled between 9-4 days before arrival – 25% of one night rate of the cancelled rooms will be charged to the client
If cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date – 100% of one night rate of the cancelled rooms will be charged to the client.
